Multi-tenant separation at physical locations is handled through TEE Hardware-Isolated Enclaves. Co-located tenant applications execute inside hardware-encrypted Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) at the edge, utilising Intel SGX and AMD SEV-SNP.

Memory spaces are dynamically isolated, meaning that raw customer biometrics, banking sessions, or municipal records never co-mingle in the host OS memory space. Peripheral access (cash recycler commands, scanner feeds) is attestation-locked, requiring cryptographic signatures from both the tenant's enclaved application and the central System of Record (SoR) before hardware solenoids fire.

Autonomous Edge Resilience & Threshold Cryptography (T4 Spec)

To protect rural and underserved communities from connectivity drops, POI appliances support Autonomous Edge Resilience. In this mode, the edge device is completely severed from the cloud database but continues to process local transactions.

The appliance uses cached local rulesets and Isomorphic Stanzas to execute state-machine validations locally. Private keys are assembled in-memory using Threshold Cryptography (MPC), requiring a threshold combination of local enclave keys and customer biometric vectors. Platform-level governance is verified by translating Agreement DAG conditions into formal logic statements. The DRAGON Engine prioritises a customised Z3 Satisfiability Modulo Theories (SMT) solver to execute compile-time consistency checks, producing a Proof of Non-Contradiction (PoNC).

During runtime, DRAGON traverses a pre-compiled Legal-State Reachability Graph (LSRG) in O(1) time complexity.
