Sovereignty as an Asset
Total Client Commitment to Time (Estimated)
1. Client (Tenant Cohort Candidate) Time Commitment
The Client's direct time commitment is structured to be super-efficient micro-sprints and dialogues, requiring approximately 6.5 to 7 hours of direct meeting/workshop participation, spaced out over a 4-week (to 5 as a flexible 1-week extension to accommodate client, otherwise 4-week cycle) elapsed timeline (turnaround):
Intake Call (Week 1)
1 hour (or 45 – 60 minutes) and some follow-up email exchange to scope the micro-sprint, align on strategic priorities, and identify the correct (small number) of internal stakeholders to participate.
Platform Architecture Walkthrough (Week 1 / 2)
2 hours for an interactive deep-dive into the onePOI.online platform architecture (including the Constitutional OS, the Symphony of Systems layers, and tenant cohort models and the opportunities most relevant to the client this enables) calibrated to the client's specific sector.
SIS AI Chat & Knowledge Base Access: This will also include access (for the duration of the engagement) to the SIS AI Chat, that can answer a lot of questions, with answers clients won't get in the public domain, plus access to a continuously growing body of knowledge and deep tech insight based on a Corpus & Knowledge Base of the Constitutional OS Architecture and Capability Set detailed all the way down to the component level to determine client product viability down to the lowest level.
Positioning Workshop (Week 2 / 3)
Half a day (approx. 4 hours – half day) or 2 x 2hr Workshops (that is the client's call on which) to map the organisation's aspirations and objectives (intent) to the Salient Innovation Sets that impact and matter to their business most, and the related business metrics, objectives and key results sought that will measure real (meaningful) success.
Asynchronous Collaboration (Weeks 2 – 3)
Light (prior arranged) touch-points during the 14-day engagement window to provide and further business context, strategic materials, and other key inputs required.
Wrap-up & Review (Week 4 / 5)
1 hour to review the delivered Report & Slide Presentation for clients to reuse in then presenting to their internal peers and clients and agree on subsequent stage OR it may transpire that this is NOT for you!, – the €2,500 will have saved you having to pivot at a later more expensive (in cost, time and reputation) stage – all outcomes are a win here.
2. SIS Subject Matter Expert Time Commitment
Salient provides a field CTO / Strategist level subject matter expert commitment and involves remote online workshop facilitation (face to face can be arranged subject to additional expense costs) throughout the entire engagement.
Facilitation and Meetings
6.5 to 7 hours of direct client interaction (Intake Call, Walkthrough, half-day Workshop, and final Presentation).
Intake Review (Within 2 Business Days)
Initial assessment of the client's discovery request.
14-Day (Timecycle) Collaborative Advisory
Guide the client team and structure a focused business case for Salient Innovation Sets identified and shortlisted.
Opportunity & Product Positioning Compilation (Weeks 3 – 4)
Modelling the client's strategic positioning in terms of products and their position within the cohort. This happens at a Contextual and Conceptual level.
