What is the System of Record?
The System of Record (SoR) acts as the Notary and Immutable Memory of the Symphony, anchoring the authoritative state of the platform. Operating in lockstep with the Constitutional Data Mesh (CDM), it enforces localized data residency and handles decentralized information as highly governed Data Products. The Registrar unifies these states by running a continuous cross-reference against the Constitutional KnowledgeHUB to ground raw telemetry into a BIAN-compliant ontology. Only after this semantic harmonization is achieved does the substrate commit the transaction as a bitemporally pinned Lawful Act Hyperedge (LAHE) within an unassailable cryptographic evidence vault, guaranteeing perfect deterministic replay.
